Glastonbury Festival 2017 sells out despite website disruption
Tickets for Glastonbury Festival 2017 sold out in less than an hour despite major disruptions on the website shortly before going on sale.
Thousands of festival goers flooded to Seetickets at 9am only to be greeted by a ‘website not available’ message.
The official Glastonbury Festival website also went down after being overloaded with traffic.
Emily Eavis, one of the chief Glastonbury organisers tweeted “Tickets have now sold out. Thank you for your huge support and loyalty and we are sorry to those who missed out.”
Coach tickets, which went on sale last Thursday, have also sold out, and took just 23 minutes to go.
So far there are no confirmed acts for Glastonbury Festival 2017, but you can check out all the latest line-up rumours.
