Glastonbury Festival officials confirm break in 2018
Glastonbury organisers have confirmed that the festival will not take place in 2018.
Following on with recent tradition, the festival will take a break (fallow year) to give the farm a chance to recover, and the local village a break.
“We can confirm that we will be taking our next fallow year in 2018, in order to give the farm, the village and the festival team the traditional year off. There are no plans to hold an event at another location in 2018.”
Meanwhile this week, the ticket sale day for Glastonbury Festival 2017 was confirmed. To find out more about that check out our previous blog post.
So far there are no confirmed acts for next summer’s bash but there are already a host of rumours that you can read about on our Glastonbury Rumours page.
